The Round Tower which is 29 meters high overlooks a beautiful bay, sandy beaches and a quiet picturesque village. It is also a winner of Ireland's tidiest village award. The 3 mile scenic Cliff Walk adjacent to the village is particularly stunning. It is also remarkably endowed with a proliferation of small owner-run food establishments and pubs with music and ballads.

The nearby heritage town of Youghal has all amenities including miles of sandy beaches, golf, pitch & putt, fishing, deep sea angling, water sports, equestrian centre, boat cruises on the Blackwater River. Nightly entertainment available in abundance, also top class restaurants and hotels.

Dungarvan which is only 15 minutes drive is a great tourist attraction. A seaside town, it boasts of 3 golf courses, cycling and walking trails through the Comeragh Mts, angling, fishing, excellent hotels and restaurants and a magnificent beach at nearby Clonea.
